Granby Finance underwrites working capital facilities for SMEs. Every application arrived as a stack of invoices, bank statements and accounts in dozens of formats, all keyed in by hand.

Manual entry was slow, error prone and the single biggest cap on underwriting speed. Applicants waited, and the team could not grow lending without growing the back office in lockstep.

Clean documents flow straight through; anything uncertain is routed to a fast human review queue with the extracted data prefilled. Structured output lands directly in Granby's underwriting system.
